I.-Archivo sobre soporte tradicional de la Fundación Zelmar Michelini:
1ª. Etapa: Diagnóstico y clasificación de la corresspondencia de ZELMAR MICHELINI.
Se avaluó la correspondencia existente en el depósito de la Fundación y se unió a ella, la proveniente de archivos personales.
2ª. Etapa: Ordenamiento de la correspondencia.
Se procedió al ordenamiento, siguiendo el modelo de ficha elaborada con antelación, luego del estudio de la documentación.
3ª. Etapa: Planificación y elboración de Instrumento de Descripción Documental.
Se proyectó la redacción de un catálogo de toda la correspondencia. El que se efectuó, dando lugar al producto correspondiente.
4ª. Etapa: Diagnóstico de otras fuentes sobre soporte blando.
Se identificaron tipos de fuentes tradicionales, las que serán objeto de posterior tratamiento (postales, recortes de prensa, folletería y otros materiales perecederos.
II.-Archivo sobre soporte fotográfico.
1ª. Etapa: Evaluación del material conservado en el depósito.
Se analizó de forma general el acervo fotográfico y se establecieron pautas para su tratamiento en etapa posterior.
III.- Archivo sobre soporte sonoro.
De acuerdo con lo propuesto se plantearon las primeras entrevistas, las que posteriormente fueron efectuadas (filmación y grabación de audio).

Los trabajos vinculados con la RELACIÓN DE CORRESPONDENCIA, las tareas de diagnóstico, clasificación, ordenamiento y redacción del Catálogo fueron realizados por:
