El 27 de Agosto de 2009 se realizó en el Centro Cultural de España la presentación del libro El Derrumbe del Negacionismo, actividad que la FZM realizó en forma conjunta con el Consejo Causa Armenia.
Para esta presentación contamos con la presencia de tres de sus autores Leandro Despouy, Florencia Teruzzi y Khatchik Derghoughassian, quienes llegaron desde Buenos Aires. La integración del panel se completó con el Dr Felipe Michelini y la historiadora Marisa Ruiz.
Este libro que repasa la historia del genocidio armenio y su lucha por la verdad, hace a su vez un paralelismo con otro genocidio, el ocurrido en Argentina en la década de los 70.
A su vez incluye parte de la trayectoria del jurista Leandro Despouy en favor de los Derechos Humanos, así como relatos de su participación en la defensa de los compatriotas Guillermo Jabiff, Luis Latrónica y Daniel Banfi.
En el encuentro se recordó especialmente la activa participación de Zelmar Michelini en el impulso de la ley que, en 1965, reconoció el genocidio armenio convirtiendo a nuestro país en el primero en el mundo en hacer este reconocimiento.
